How Do You Build Volume?

An age old question in Hospitality is still, “How do you build volume?” The answer is, “One Guest at a time.” There’s no shortcut to success in our business. There’s no piece of software, or book or formula that you can find that will immediately make you rich. What will work is simply doing the work you need to do to make the necessary impact in the lives of every single Guest that will make them loyal, raving  fans. It IS that simple. But we all know it’s just not that easy. That’s why you have to do the work.
